We would need you to complete the Online Owner Mandate for your holiday cottage rental, authorising us to act as your Holiday Cottages Lettings or Rentals Agent and...
...our Online Owner Checklist which will facilitate us completing an acurate Write-up for your property.
On receipt of the above we will arrange Photography, (preferably on a sunny day); but at your convenience.
We will send over the Write-up for your approval and on receipt of which, will launch the property on our website and various partner sites.
We will also 'Spotlight' the property as 'New' and write specific Search Engine Optimisation 'tags & titles' to give your holiday home the best presence.
A Keysafe, (which is how visitors access each property), will need to be installed. You can either arrange to have this done yourself, or we can send a local locksmith to do the installation at a cost of £65, (deductible from your 1st booking).
